Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Green Drumming Academy website, portals, courses, assessments and certification services. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Accounts may be student, trainer, academy or admin roles, each with different permissions.

Course availability, content and certification requirements are set by trainers and the academy. Enrolment in a course does not guarantee certification; certificates are issued only when the required attendance, assignments and evaluations are completed.

Where fees apply, they are displayed before checkout. Refund and cancellation policies are specific to each programme and will be communicated at the point of enrolment.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
• Share account credentials or allow others to use your account.
• Upload harmful, infringing or offensive content.
• Attempt to disrupt the platform or access areas you are not authorised to use.
• Falsify certificates, verification records or assessment results.

Course materials, rhythm charts, templates and generated content provided by the platform are for your personal or classroom use within the academy. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly republish them without permission.

Content you create and upload remains yours, but you grant us a limited licence to host, display and distribute it within the platform as needed for your courses.

Certificates issued through the platform are digital credentials representing completion of a programme. They may be verified through our public verification page. Certificates may be revoked if issued in error or if obtained through fraud or misconduct.

Green Drumming Academy provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting contact@greendrumming.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
