Accounts and roles
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Roles — student, trainer, academy trainer and administrator — determine what you can see and do. Elevated roles are granted by an administrator and may be changed or withdrawn.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access portals, courses or records that are not assigned to your account.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harassing or malicious content.
- Do not scrape, resell or redistribute course material without written permission.
- Do not forge, alter or misrepresent a certificate or verification record.
- Do not interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the platform.
Content ownership
Your content. Trainers and schools retain ownership of the courses, lessons, charts and assessments they create. You grant the Academy a non-exclusive licence to host, display and deliver that content to enrolled learners and to store it for the operation of the service.
Our content. The Academy platform, branding, templates, tool prompts and certificate designs remain our property and may not be copied or reused outside the platform.
Platform-created material
The smart toolbox produces drafts. Output may contain errors, may not suit every learner, and is not a substitute for professional instruction or supervision. Trainers are responsible for reviewing and editing created material before publishing it. We make no warranty that created content is original, accurate or fit for a particular purpose, and you must not submit confidential or personal data into prompts.
Enrolment and course access
Students may enrol in published courses. A trainer or administrator may unpublish, edit or withdraw a course, and access to withdrawn material may end. Progress is recorded from lesson completions and assessment submissions; deliberate manipulation of progress records is a breach of these terms.
Certification integrity
Certificates are issued by authorised trainers and administrators and carry a unique certificate number and verification code. We may revoke a certificate that was issued in error, obtained dishonestly, or is linked to a breach of these terms. Revoked certificates remain visible on the verification page marked as revoked, so that third parties are not misled. Report a suspected forgery to contact@greendrumming.com.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Academy available at all times but may suspend access for maintenance, security or legal reasons. Features may be added, changed or retired as the platform develops.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts other users at risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; certificate records will remain verifiable unless revoked.
Disclaimers and liability
The Academy is provided on an "as is" basis. Drumming involves physical activity — warm up, progress sensibly and seek medical advice where appropriate; we are not liable for injury arising from practice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
